You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your item, under the following circumstances:

Acceptable Return/Exchange Reasons:

1) You received the wrong size or color (e.g., you ordered size S but received M).

2) Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect.

3) If the fit isn’t right, we may consider an exchange, based on the following:

A) The item must be new, unworn, and with original tags intact.

B) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

* Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

* If a payment error occurred, the refund will typically be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.

* Each Zain By ZZ piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.
